Reseration and cancelation Policy

• All of the rates include breakfast buffet, welcoming drink, and for the LANPASS members receive 800 kilometers added to the name of the person making the reservation.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, cancelations require a 48 hour notice.
• En cases of cancelations within the 48 hours prior, Hotel Torremayor will charge the cost of the first night to  the credit card given as guarantee.
• Children 8 years or younger do not pay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Foreigners with proper identification do not pay  IVA tax.
