- Policies for Early Check In and Late Check Out: It is established that the check in time is 14:00 and check out at 12:00 hrs. The check in early to consider entering the Hotel before 11:00 in the morning, especially in high occupancy dates will have a cost of one night, considering the full rate agreed in the reservation. Late check out all consider departures after 14:00 hrs., Will cost of one night rate agreed.
Policies to make reservations for Rooms

- Send the request in writing, clearly inidcando the number of rooms to book, passenger name, date of arrival, departure date and method of payment.
- Ensure booking via Credit Card or Purchase Order Company requesting the reservation, provided that excites a corporate agreement
- On Line Reservations must be made in accordance with site procedures.
- All rates include American buffet breakfast from 07.00 - 10. 30 hrs. and welcome drink (juice, drink or Pisco Sour)
Franchise Tax Policy for Foreign Law
- Article 12, point E., No. 17, of Legislative Decree No. 825 of 1974, determined that they are exempt from IV. A. Foreign currency income earned by hotel companies registered with the Internal Revenue Service, because of services rendered to foreign tourists not domiciled or resident in Chile, presenting the necessary documentation that proves this.
- Once confirmed, the individual cancellations can be made 48 hours in advance.
- In case of cancellations after the deadline established herein, Torremayor Hotel may charge the credit card given as guarantee of the reservation, the first night's accommodation at the rates given + VAT.
- In case of cancellations of reservations companies or through an intermediary, shall apply as agreed in the reservation agreement or Corporate.
- Charging No Show takes place regarding the agreed fee plus VAT
- Children under 08 years free of charge, you include buffet breakfast in the Restaurant.
- Extra bed for child, must be requested before the arrival of the passengers.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- No domestic pets other than assistance.
